Students who have been nominated for a President's Scholarship with demonstrated financial need and entering one of the following programs on an annual rotation: B.A. in 98/99, then BASc., B.Comm., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Agr.), B.ENG., B.Sc.(Env.).

Recipients must maintain a B+ average or higher, continue to demonstrate financial need and be full-time students in order to qualify for subsequent installments. Additionally, students must meet the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards).
